This gentleman. Ern ‘Dunc’ Gray, came from Kiama, and won Australia’s first cycling gold medal, in the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, in 1932. He had previously won a bronze medal in Amsterdam in 1928. Does anyone remember him? His son still lives in Kiama.
This is Australia’s Olympic team in 1932.
